When will my order arrive?

What should I do if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address before it goes out.

Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. In such cases:
